We have compiled a list of the questions that we are most commonly asked by our clients about booking & staying at Ca 'Arquer. We have shown them here together with our answers and hope that they might help to answer some of the questions that you might have.
Booking Payment Options
Direct bank transfer. All the details you will need for this will be included in your contract

Ca n'Arquer advertises on www.VRBO.com (property number - 11004670). Booking through this site will allow you to pay by credit card, but you will be charged the applicable VRBO fees.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations unless we can re-rent the property for the exact dates. A set administration fee of €150 will be deducted together with any bank or other costs incurred. To date, we have had one cancellation & were able to re-book the dates successfully, therefore refunding our Client's full money minus a €150 administration fee.
Personal & Passport Information
It is compulsory to provide us with the personal & passport information requested to draft your Rental Contract, together with a copy of the passport of the person making the payments to satisfy Spanish Money Laundering Regulations. Personal data will be used fairly & lawfully and not for marketing purposes.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival you will need to provide us a with a cash security deposit of €500 This is fully refundable upon check-out, providing there have been no breakages/damage.

When you book via VRBO, a deposit of €500 will be held on your credit card for 7 days following your check-out. This is fully refundable providing there have been no breakages/damage.
We hope that you won’t have any mishaps during your stay, however if the accommodation is damaged by you or someone in your party during your occupancy, we have the right to recover the cost of this from you, including any extra cleaning costs. We have the right to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection, however would always exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Thank you.

Tourist Rental Property License
Ca n'Arquer is a licensed Tourist Rental Property with the Govern de les Illes Balears, Conselleria de Turisme i Esports Direccio General de Turisme.

Events
Ca n’Arquer is a licensed Tourist Rental Property & not a registered ‘Event Venue’, therefore events & parties must be restricted to the no. of guests residing in the property as stated on this contract. Please note that any loud music/entertainment requires a license from the Soller Town Hall.

Smoking
Please remember this is a no smoking property, however we do permit smoking in the garden away from the property (not in the pool).

Animals/Pets
Please note that we do not allow animals to stay at Ca n’Arquer. We are willing to consider a pet if there are exceptional circumstances, however this has to be agreed in writing prior to your arrival.

Bedding
Please note that all our pillows and quilts are filled with duck feathers and goose down.
