Booking Payment Options

Ca n'Arquer advertises with a number of Online Holiday Booking Websites, including Holiday lettings Trip Advisor Listing No. 144202, Homeaway & Owner's Direct Listing No. 1194167 & Airbnb etc. There is a noticeable difference in the prices advertised from one company to another & this is due to the commissions charged to us by these Agents & also commissions that are charged to you by these Agents. Commissions range from 3-20% + IVA (VAT) for you & for us.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations unless we can re-rent the property for the exact dates. A set administration fee of €100 will be deducted together with any bank or other costs incurred. To date, we have had one cancellation & were able to re-book the dates successfully, therefore refunding our Client's full money minus a €150 administration fee.
Personal & Passport Information
It is compulsory to provide us with the personal & passport information requested to draft your Rental Contract, together with a copy of the passport of the person making the payments to satisfy Spanish Money Laundering Regulations. Personal data will be used fairly & lawfully and not for marketing purposes.
Upon arrival together with the balance of your rental, you will need to provide us a with a cash security deposit of €300. This is fully refundable upon check-out, providing there have been no breakages/damage.
When you book via Homeaway, a deposit of €300 will be held on your credit card for 7 days following your check-out. This is fully refundable providing there have been no breakages/damage.
We hope that you won’t have any mishaps during your stay, however if the accommodation is damaged by you or someone in your party during your occupancy, we have the right to recover the cost of this from you, including any extra cleaning costs. We have the right to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection, however would always exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. We are happy to accept £300 (Sterling) for your convenience, however any breakages would have to be payable in euros. Thank you.
A new Sustainable Eco Tourist Tax was introduced to the Balearic Islands (including Ibiza, Mallorca, Formentera & Menorca) on the 1st of July 2016. This tax is meant to help the Balearic Islands preserve their environment, heritage & work towards sustainable tourism. The charges are between €1-5 per adult over 16 years of age, per day. All tourist accommodation is obliged to collect this on behalf of the Balearic Government, please note that we do not personally benefit from this charge in anyway. As a registered Tourist Rental Property, we at C an’Arquer are obliged to collect €1 per adult (16+), per day for the 1st 9 days of stay & then 50% @ 50c per day thereafter between the month’s of April & October. 50% @ 50c is payable for all other months. Due to Local Government Regulations, this charge must be paid in cash upon check-in. We will issue you with a cash receipt for your records. We will provide you with an approximate amount due, based on the information you give us at the time of booking.

Please note we need to adhere to these times to allow for cleaning & changeover. We will endeavor to be flexible where possible & only upon prior agreement.
Our Check-in day is Saturday between Mid April & Mid October & only flexible at other times.
Tourist Rental Property License
Ca n'Arquer is a licensed Tourist Rental Property with the Govern de les Illes Balears, Conselleria de Turisme i Esports Direccio General de Turisme.
Ca n’Arquer is a licensed Tourist Rental Property & not a registered ‘Event Venue’, therefore events & parties must be restricted to the no. of guests residing in the property as stated on this contract. Please note that any loud music/entertainment requires a license from the Soller Town Hall.
Please remember this is a no smoking property, however we do permit smoking in the garden away from the property (not in the pool).
Please note that we do not allow animals to stay at Ca n’Arquer. We are willing to consider a pet if there are exceptional circumstances, however this has to be agreed in writing prior to your arrival.
Please note that all our pillows and quilts are filled with duck feathers and goose down.
